Hello! My name is Ava and I am in 5th grade. Yesterday I came to my dad’s work for “Take Your Child to Work” day. I met a few people and asked them questions about their jobs and how they help the company. Critical Mention is a media search engine, kind of like Google. It takes a lot of smart people to run the company and here are a few of their stories.

JJ: I make stories out of data
Daniel: Accounting Executive

Q: How is what you do important?
JJ: It is important because it helps us make the right decisions.
Daniel: It brings new money into the company.
Matt: It makes the platform go.
Eric: Helps us sign up new customers and keep making the platform bigger.
Amriel: Keep up with managers and finding new features.

JJ: 15 years!

Q: What do in your spare time when you are not working?
JJ: Enjoy time with my family.
Daniel: Relaxing.
Matt: Playing with my kids. They are three and one-years-old and their personalities have a stop and go.
Eric: Play golf.
Amriel: Play with kids, watch sports, listen to music and explore the outdoors.
Josh: Bike and play video games.

Ava is currently studying at Torey J Sabatini elementary. Her favorite subject is science because it’s interesting and fun. In her free time, she loves doing bars in gymnastics. She lives in Madison, New Jersey with her family and dog Milo.
